White-label CRM · any industry

Follow-up that notices
when they write back.

Nobody on your list gets an automated “did you see my note?” after they already answered.

It runs under your brand and talks like your industry. The AI companion knows your book of business, drafts your marketing, and has a short list of what needs you ready each morning.

What it looks like

What happens on screen when someone replies.

Someone answers, and the next message in their sequence holds until you decide. Nobody has to remember to pull them off the list.

“Thanks for following up. Yes, Thursday works. Can you send the updated pre-approval letter before we make the offer?”

They replied. Next step is yours.

Inside the CRM

Eight modules. One of them is the reason for the other seven.

One inbox
Email and texts from the same person land in one queue, so nobody answers twice and nothing slips.
Follow-up that runs itself
Sequences that keep going for days or months without you, and know when to stop.
Radar
Radar finds the work you'd have missed: renewals coming due, proposals that went quiet, clients nobody has called in months.
Deals and priorities
What's really in play, what it's worth, who owns it, and who to call first.
Pipeline and sending
Move a deal forward and the right follow-up starts. Send to a list and see exactly who receives it before it goes.
Marketing studio
Landing pages, funnels, templates and QR codes under your own brand, feeding straight into the CRM.
Reports and documents
See where your business comes from, and keep client files on the client's record.
AI · Optional add-on
AI Companion
An assistant inside the CRM that knows your book of business. Ask it about your contacts and deals, and start the day with a short digest of what needs you. It's off by default and gets turned on per workspace, when you want it. How we use AI →

Social media

Social media, from the same place.

Write once and post to your Facebook Page, Instagram and LinkedIn, now or on a schedule.

A calendar where drafts drag onto a day, and scheduled, published and failed posts sit side by side.

Comments from Facebook and Instagram in one place, answered without opening either app.

Likes and comments for every post, so you can see what worked.

For mortgage teams: your NMLS line is added for you, and you're warned before a post uses trigger terms or "best rate" claims.

Everyone connects their own accounts. Nothing is shared between clients.

Loan status comes in from ARIVE and LendingPad through Zapier, and Zapier connects the rest. Your other systems stay the source of truth, and nobody types anything twice. Bring your list of tools to the demo and we'll tell you straight whether it fits.

Built to be defensible

We put the rules in the software.

What sets this CRM apart is what it won't do on your behalf.

It knows what hour it is where they are.

Automated texts go out on your contact's clock, in their time zone, not your office's. You don't have to think about it, and if it isn't sure of the hour, it waits.

Consent you can actually produce.

When someone agrees to hear from you, we keep a record of it, for the day a regulator, a carrier or a client asks to see it.

It doesn't guess.

If the system isn't sure about something, it waits for a person. Software that guesses ends up sending a message nobody approved, and you hear about it from the client.

There's more here than fits on a page. We'll walk your team through all of it.

Pricing

Let's talk.

Plans start at $299 a month (see Pricing). Setup, onboarding and the carrier registration for your numbers are quoted up front as their own line items, so nothing shows up later.

Questions

The questions worth asking before you sign.

Does it send texts?

Yes, from your own registered number. Getting that number approved is part of onboarding, and we do it with you. Until it's approved, texting stays in test mode on purpose. A message that looks sent but never arrives is worse than a wait you can see.

Can it call people?

Yes. Like texting, you have two options: bring your own Twilio account and we connect it for a one-time setup fee, or get a managed business number from us as a paid add-on. Either way, you click to call from any contact record and your client sees your number. We don't place automated calls with an artificial voice.

Is my data separated from other clients'?

Yes. Your workspace is yours. You set access levels per person and can require two-factor sign-in across the company. We're happy to walk your security team through the details on a call.

Does it work for my industry?

The screens use your industry's words. Today the same platform runs mortgage and B2B-services workspaces, a cybersecurity firm among them.

Can my team have different levels of access?

Yes. Different people see and do different things, and you decide who can send on the company's behalf.

a real reply.

In thirty minutes we set it up in your words, send a real message to a real inbox, and you reply. Then watch what the follow-up does.
